- Job site safety inspections.
- Monthly certified safety committees.
- Root Cause Analysis for all incidents, and sharing best practices and lessons learned.
- Continual evaluation and implementation of all policies and procedures.
- Continually reinforcing all employees’ right to Stop Work Authority.
